Let’s go, Stanwood-Camano! Join the Movement!
Every First Saturday of the Month
Take a step toward better health—literally! Walk with a Doc is a free, fun, and welcoming event designed to inspire healthier communities through movement and conversation. It’s the perfect opportunity to get outside, learn about health, and connect with others in a safe and friendly environment.
Walking is one of the easiest and most effective ways to boost both your physical and mental well-being. With a focus on physical activity, health education, social connection, and time in nature, Walk with a Doc offers an all-in-one prescription for a healthier, happier life.
Each session starts with a brief talk led by a healthcare professional on a health topic, followed by a group walk at your own pace. It’s low-pressure, high-reward, and a fantastic way to build community while taking care of yourself.
